How to submit a recipe
Write the way you cook it. Most professional recipes give you a list of ingredients with no consideration in how they go into the recipe. Just tell us how to cook it like you would.
Don't worry about separating ingredients from directions. Just write it how you'd tell a friend. I'll pull the ingredients out for the list.
A note on "measure with love" — if you see that in a recipe, it means we didn't measure. We eyeballed it. We tasted it. That's how home cooks cook.
We're passionate home cooks who just love food. We assume you know the basics — we're not going to explain what "dice" means. Cooking is sensual, like sex. Feel it. Taste as you go. If you need us to explain every single thing, you're doing it wrong.
