Egg | 1, beaten | |
Cinnamon | 1/2 teaspoon | |
Nutmeg | 1/8 teaspoon | |
Baking Soda | 1/2 teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon | |
Butter | 3 tbsp., melted & cooled | |
Honey | 1 tbsp. | |
Vanilla | 1 teaspoon | |
Bananas (ripe) | 2, mashed | |
Maple Syrup | To taste |
In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, honey, vanilla and masked bananas.
Add the banana mixture to the dry mixture, stir until just combined.
Heat a coated pan or griddle to a medium low heat.
Drop a 1/4 cup of batter onto the heated pan. Cook until the surface of the pancakes have bubbles, about 2 minutes.
Flip with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes.
Continue until the rest of the batter is used.
Serve with sliced bananas on top, butter, and maple syrup.
