|Butter (unsalted)||2 tbsp.|
|Olive Oil||1 tbsp.|
|Garlic||3 cloves, minced|
|Shrimp||1 pound, peeled|
|Worcestershire Sauce||2 tsp.|
|Salt & Pepper||To taste|
|Fresh Oregano||1 tbsp.|
|Fresh Parsley||2 tbsp.|
Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook, stirring often, 2 minutes.
Stir in shrimp & Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt & pepper.
Simmer for 2 minutes, with shrimp partially cooked.
Stir in ketchup, oregano, simmer 2 minutes, until shrimp are cooked.
Add brandy and parsley, stir to combine.
Remove from heat & serve.
