Butter (unsalted) | 2 tbsp. | |
Olive Oil | 1 tbsp. | |
Garlic | 3 cloves, minced | |
Shrimp | 1 pound, peeled | |
Worcestershire Sauce | 2 tsp. | |
Tabasco | 1/4 tsp. | |
Salt & Pepper | To taste | |
Ketchup | 1/2 cup | |
Fresh Oregano | 1 tbsp. | |
Brandy | 2 tbsp. | |
Fresh Parsley | 2 tbsp. |
Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook, stirring often, 2 minutes.
Stir in shrimp & Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt & pepper.
Simmer for 2 minutes, with shrimp partially cooked.
Stir in ketchup, oregano, simmer 2 minutes, until shrimp are cooked.
Add brandy and parsley, stir to combine.
Remove from heat & serve.
