Butter 8 tbsp., melted
White Sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla 2 teaspoons
Flour 1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Walnuts 1/2 cup, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat a 7.5 x 9.5 pan with butter.

Pour melted butter into a large mixing bowl.

Whisk in sugar until smooth.

Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk for another minute.

Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined. Don’t over-beat the batter once dry ingredients are added. It creates air pockets which gives you cake-like textured brownies instead of fudgy.

Stir in crushed walnuts.

Pour into prepared pan and smooth out.

Place on the top shelf of oven.

Bake for 22 minutes.

Let cool in pan for 30 minutes before slicing.
