White Sugar 1 1/4 cups
Powdered Sugar 3 tbsp.
Flour 3/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2/3 cup
Dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup
Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
Eggs 2
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Water 2 tbsp.
Walnuts 2/3 cup, crushed

To prepare for brownies, coat a 7.5 x 9.5 pan with butter.

Then, mix together the dry and wet ingredients together in two separate bowls.

Combine sugar, powdered sugar, flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, salt in one bowl.

Combine eggs, olive oil, vanilla, water in another bowl.

Then, slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Sprinkle the dry mixture over the wet one, and fold until just combined.

Stir in crushed walnuts.

Pour into prepared pan.

Place on the top shelf of oven.

Transfer the pan to a 325 degree oven and bake for 40 – 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
