White Sugar 1 1/4 cups
Flour 3/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup
Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup
Water 2 tbsp.
Walnuts 2/3 cup, crushed

To prepare for brownies, coat a pan with butter or oil.

Mix together dry and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt in one bowl.

Combine olive oil, vanilla, water in another bowl.

Then, slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.

Stir in crushed walnuts.

Pour into prepared pan.

Place on top shelf of oven.

Transfer pan to a 325 degree oven, bake for 40 – 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
