White Sugar | 2 tablespoons | |
Sesame Oil | 1 tablespoon | |
Rice Wine | 1 tablespoon | |
Sesame Seeds | 1 tablespoon | |
Fresh Minced Ginger | 1 teaspoon | |
Ground Black Pepper | To taste |
Combine all in a non-reactive container / resealable plastic bag.
Submerge meat in container.
Refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
Set oven rack 6 inches from heat source.
Preheat broiler.
Oil grill pan with brush.
Arrange beef on pan.
Cook turning to brown evenly.
