Thin Sliced Beef 1 pound
Minced Garlic 6 cloves
Asian Pear (Peeled, Cored, Minced) 1/2
Thin Sliced Green Onions 2
Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
White Sugar 2 tablespoons
Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
Rice Wine 1 tablespoon
Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
Fresh Minced Ginger 1 teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper To taste

Combine all in a non-reactive container / resealable plastic bag.

Submerge meat in container.

Refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.

Set oven rack 6 inches from heat source.

Preheat broiler.

Oil grill pan with brush.

Arrange beef on pan.

Cook turning to brown evenly.
