Whole Milk | 2 cups | |
Chocolate Chips | 1 cup | |
Butter | 2 tbsp. | |
Vanilla | 1 teaspoon |
In a medium pot combine: sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, salt.
Slowly whisk in milk over medium heat until it boils.
Right before boiling, remove pot from burner.
Whisk in chocolate chips, butter, vanilla until smooth.
Divide mixture among ramekins or glasses.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill pudding for at least 2 hours.
Placing plastic wrap directly on top of the surface before chilling is key to preventing the custard from forming a skin on top. It keeps your pudding smooth throughout!
