Dijon Salmon

Place salmon on parchment paper on a baking pan, skin down. I like to use Scottish salmon if it’s available.

Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Spread quality dijon mustard over the salmon.

Sprinkle a tiny bit of brown sugar over salmon.

Bake at 350 degrees F until the temperature of the fish reaches 155 degrees. It should rise a few more degrees while sitting on the counter.

Serve with rice, asparagus, or any other side dish you prefer!
