These egg-free pancakes can easily be made vegan by substituting the milk and yogurt for the vegan alternative of your choice. When made with regular milk, they are indistinguishable from normal pancakes. (We promise. This is the result of much experimentation.)
Sift flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together.
Add oil, milk, and yogurt.
Drop into a hot buttered or oiled pan and cook as regular pancakes.
As with regular pancakes, you can add chocolate chips, mashed bananas, baked apples slices, or any filling you’re a fan of.
