Fried Calamari

Ingredients

Calamari 1 lb, sliced into rings
Flour 1/2 cup
Frying Oil Fill container 2"
Lemon Wedges For serving

Marinate sliced calamari in milk for about 30 minutes.

Toss calamari in flour, then fry in small batches at 375°F.

Allow fried calamari to rest on paper towels.

Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
