|Greek Vinaigrette||1/3 cup|
Instead of making a salad, create these Greek salad skewers for a different feel.
Skewer a bamboo stick (or similar) with a cherry tomato, onion slice, a chunk of feta cheese, cucumber slice, and kalamata olive.
Repeat until all ingredients are skewered.
Serve with a side of Greek vinaigrette salad dressing for dipping.
