|Fresh Parsley||1 bunch, 1/3 cup, chopped|
|Ground Beef||2 lbs|
|Ground Pork||1 lb.|
|Bread Crumbs||1 1/3 cups|
|Chicken Stock||1/4 cup|
|Garlic||3 cloves, minced|
|Parmesan Cheese||1/2 cup|
|Romano Cheese||1/3 cup|
|Red Pepper Flakes||1/2 teaspoon|
|Olive Oil||1/4 cup|
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl thoroughly.
Roll a small handful of meat into balls.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
Once very hot, brown the outsides of the meatballs, turning often.
After all sides are seared, place on a baking sheet – give each meatball space to bake.
Bake at 360 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until temperature reaches about 160 degrees F.
Option to add meatballs to a marinara sauce & spaghetti, make a meatball hero, or add to a lasagne.
