|Parsley (Fresh)||1/3 cup, chopped|
|Ground Beef||3 lbs|
|Bread Crumbs||1 1/3 cups|
|Chicken Stock||1/4 cup|
|Garlic||3 cloves, minced|
|Parmesan Cheese||1/2 cup|
|Romano Cheese||1/3 cup|
|Red Pepper Flakes||1/2 teaspoon|
|Olive Oil||1/4 cup|
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll about 1/4 of a cup of meat into balls.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan (or two) to medium-high heat.
Once very hot, brown the outsides of the meatballs, turning often.
After all sides are seared, place in a baking dish / sheet, giving each meatball space to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until a temperature probe reaches about 160 degrees F.
Option to add to a marinara sauce & spaghetti, make a meatball hero, or add to a lasagne.
