|Salt & Pepper||1 teaspoon each|
|Red Wine Vinegar||2 cups|
|Lemon Juice||1 cup|
|Garlic||3 cloves, minced|
|Parsley, Oregano, Thyme||1 teaspoon of each|
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil||1.5 cups|
Put salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add vinegar and lemon juice first.
Then add in garlic / shallot.
Mix in parsley, oregano & thyme.
Then slowly add olive oil and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
Easy to accomplish this – enjoy Italian salad dressing on sandwiches too.
