Salt & Pepper | 1 teaspoon each | |
Red Wine Vinegar | 2 cups | |
Lemon Juice | 1 cup | |
Garlic | 3 cloves, minced | |
Parsley, Oregano, Thyme | 1 teaspoon of each | |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1.5 cups |
Put salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add vinegar and lemon juice first.
Then add in garlic / shallot.
Mix in parsley, oregano & thyme.
Then slowly add olive oil and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
Easy to accomplish this – enjoy Italian salad dressing on sandwiches too.
