|Salt & Pepper||1/4 teaspoon each|
|Red Wine Vinegar||1 cup|
|Lemon Juice||1/2 cup|
|Garlic / Shallot||1 clove, minced|
|Parsley & Oregano||1/4 teaspoon each|
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil||1/2 cup|
Place salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Add vinegar and lemon juice first.
Then add in garlic / shallot.
Mix in Oregano & Thyme
Then slowly add olive oil and whisk until thoroughly mixed.
