Tilapia | 1.5 lb | |
melted unsalted butter | 1/4 cup | |
lemon juice | 2 tbsp | |
lemon zest | 1 lemon | |
chopped parsley | 2 tbsp |
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Lightly oil a 9″X13″ baking dish
Whisk together butter, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place in oiled baking dish
Drizzle fish with butter mixture
Bake fish until it flakes with fork (about 10-12 minutes)
Serve, garnished with parsley
