Mashed Potatoes


Potatoes 6
Aged Gouda / Parmigiano Reggiano 1/4 cup
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Sour Cream / Butter / Chicken Stock 3 tbsp.
Chives / Green Onion 1 tbsp.

Take potatoes, place in a pot. Fill pot with water to cover potatoes. Add in a sprinkle of salt.

Place on stove, heat to a boil. Cook until potatoes can be easily poked with a fork. About 20-30 minutes, depending on potato size.

Once heated through, drain water.

Take a potato ricer and process potatoes into a large mixing bowl.

Grate aged gouda / parmigiano reggiano over top, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, sour cream/butter/chicken stock (you pick what you want to use), and chopped chives/green onion.

Mix thoroughly, but don’t over mix it – keep it fluffy. Enjoy.
