To begin making oatmeal cookies with cranberry & white chocolate chips, start with a large bowl and cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Stir dry mixture slowly into into wet mixture until just combined.
Gently stir in oats, white chocolate chips, and cranberries.
Remove cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
