Mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg in bowl.

  • Flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon

In another bowl, combine milk, egg, honey, vanilla.

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1, beaten
  • Honey 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla 1 teaspoon

Add the wet mixture to dry mixture, stir until just combined.

Heat a coated pan or griddle to a medium low heat with butter.

Drop a 1/4 cup of batter onto the heated pan.

Cook until surface of pancakes bubbles, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip with a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Continue until rest of the batter is used.

Serve with sliced bananas on top, butter, and maple syrup.
