Egg | 1 | |
Peanut Butter (smooth) | 1 cup | |
Vanilla | 1 teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 teaspoon | |
Baking Soda | 1/2 teaspoon | |
Flour | 1 1/2 cups |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease a baking sheet with butter.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
Beat egg and vanilla together, then add into mixture.
Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, then add into mixture.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls, place on baking sheet, flatten with a fork twice in a criss cross pattern.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
