Spinach & Artichoke Dip
|Olive Oil||1 teaspoon|
|Garlic||3 cloves, minced|
|Frozen Spinach||10 oz., partially thawed|
|Artichokes||14 ounces, chopped|
|Cream Cheese||8 oz.|
|Sour Cream||1/2 cup|
|Cheddar Cheese||1/4 cup|
|Parmesan Cheese||1 cup, grated|
|Panko Bread Crumbs||1/2 cup|
|Salt & Pepper||To taste|
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Heat olive oil in a pot on low heat, about 3-5 minutes.
Add in garlic and onion, sauté until onions are soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add in spinach and artichokes, stir for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Add in cream cheese and sour cream, mix until completely incorporated.
Fold in cheddar and 3/4 cup of the parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the spinach & artichoke dip to a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs with remaining parmesan evenly over top.
Place dip in oven and bake for roughly 20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, toasted baguette, pita chips…
