Onion | 1, diced | |
Garlic | 3 cloves, minced | |
Frozen Spinach | 10 oz., partially thawed | |
Artichokes | 14 ounces, chopped | |
Cream Cheese | 8 oz. | |
Sour Cream | 1/2 cup | |
Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 cup | |
Parmesan Cheese | 1 cup, grated | |
Panko Bread Crumbs | 1/2 cup | |
Salt & Pepper | To taste |
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Heat olive oil in a pot on low heat, about 3-5 minutes.
Add in garlic and onion, sauté until onions are soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add in spinach and artichokes, stir for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Add in cream cheese and sour cream, mix until completely incorporated.
Fold in cheddar and 3/4 cup of the parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the spinach & artichoke dip to a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs with remaining parmesan evenly over top.
Place dip in oven and bake for roughly 20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, toasted baguette, pita chips…
