To make this delicious spinach stuffed chicken recipe, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Warm oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and cook until translucent.
Add spinach, cover, reduce heat, cook until the spinach is wilted.
Transfer onions & spinach to a bowl. Add dill, cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of salt & pepper. Mix well.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt & pepper.
3 bowls to bread cutlets: 1 for flour, 1 for eggs, 1 for breadcrumbs.
Bread each chicken cutlet dipping in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Take 2 breaded cutlets, place spinach mixture in between like a sandwich.
Place spinach stuffed chicken cutlets on a cooking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
