Shallot | 1, minced | |
Heavy Cream | 1 cup | |
Gorgonzola Cheese | 1/4 lb., crumbled | |
Salt & Pepper | ||
Your choice of steak | 1 1/2 lbs. |
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add shallot and cook for 2 minutes.
Add heavy cream and simmer until reduced by half.
Whisk in the gorgonzola until it melts.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
