Sugar Cookie Base


butter 200 grams
sugar 100 grams
flour 300 grams
pinch of salt

Cream together butter and sugar

Add flour and salt slowly. Refrigerate dough.

These cookies are highly adaptable. A few suggestions include:

  • Roll into balls and make a divot in the middle. Fill with jam or dulce de leche.
  • Mix with lemon zest or vanilla.
  • Press a chunk of chocolate or a nut into the tops of cookies before baking
  • Criss cross cookies with a fork and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 180 C/ 350 F for 12 minutes
