Sugar Cookie Base
Ingredients

| 100 grams |
flour |
| 300 grams |

Cream together butter and sugar
Add flour and salt slowly. Refrigerate dough.
These cookies are highly adaptable. A few suggestions include:
- Roll into balls and make a divot in the middle. Fill with jam or dulce de leche.
- Mix with lemon zest or vanilla.
- Press a chunk of chocolate or a nut into the tops of cookies before baking
- Criss cross cookies with a fork and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 180 C/ 350 F for 12 minutes
