Thousand Island Dressing

Thousand Island Dressing

Garlic 1 clove, minced
Red Onion (yellow/white works too) 3 teaspoons, minced
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
White Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Sweet Pickle Relish 1 tablespoon
Tomato Paste 2 tablespoons
Chili Paste / Sriracha / Tabasco 1 teaspoon
Salt & Pepper 1/8 teaspoon each

Homemade Thousand Island dressing takes a few minutes to whip up, and like most food, the flavor of homemade outperforms the best bottle of store-bought any day.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Stir well… Boom, you’re done.

Put dressing in an air tight container, refrigerate for a couple hours, stirring occasionally, so that the flavors blend.

Enjoy on a salad, sandwich or burger.

Store the rest in a reusable air tight container for up to 1 week.
